What do campers need to bring to camp?

How do I register?

You can register online via this website ONLY

Do I need to have a physical in order to participate?

Yes, you must have had a physical within the past twelve (12) months in order to participate in the camp. You must bring the form with you to camp

Are there any refunds?

There will be no refunds given for any reason after June 22. Refunds minus $100 will be provided up until that date.

Can a camper drive to camp?

Yes. Resident campers’ keys will be collected at the beginning of camp and returned at check-out.  Commuters will be allowed to keep their keys, but not be allowed to utilize their car on campus, except for their arrival and departure.

Where should cars be parked?

There is a parking lot next to Moore Gym. There is also parking near the residence halls.

Is there supervision in the dorm?

We have camp counselors in every dorm and, when possible, on every floor. They do nightly bed checks to make sure each camper is accounted for and safe in their dorm room.

Is there an emergency number, in case I need to reach my daughter?

The North Carolina A & T Volleyball Camp main number is 336-285-3618 or, if needed, campus security can be reached at 336-334-7675.

Is there a certified athletic trainer?

Yes, we have a certified athletic trainer at all sessions during camp to monitor any injuries or illnesses. He/she will, also, be available during registration to talk to parents and/or campers about specific needs.

Is it possible to come watch my daughter play?

Yes, you can come anytime. Most parents attend on the last day when we are in tournament play.  There will be a final day schedule handed out at registration.
